- Family Solutions Services, Inc. opened its doors in July of 2006. The agency was started By Denise Driesen and Nichole Hanks. It began as an agency that provided in-home counseling services to families and children in need. Family Solutions Services, Inc. is licensed as a child placing agency in the State of Iowa. We provide placement and adotptive home studies. This inculdes completing the initial home study as well as providing families with follow up home studies. Each homestudy is paid for by the applicant.
