Comment from Candy s Hudgen: I adopted 3 boys in Redding and my second oldest will be attending the University Techincal Institue in Long Beach CA this fall. Do you know of scholarships for adopted youth that we can apply for or other resources we can reach out for? After Fasa we will be short about $14,000
