Founded in 2007, NLCFI is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Corporation licensed by the State of Michigan as a Certification, Child Placing and Adoption Agency. NLCFI is accredited by the Council On Accreditation and is the only fully accredited child placing agency in the thumb of Michigan.
