For some children this means being united through adoption with forever, loving families. For many children this means improving their lives and brightening their futures through aid and development programs and services.

Children’s Home Society of North Carolina, Inc.

Children’s Home Society of North Carolina is looking for families interested in becoming trained and licensed to foster and adopt children in need of safe and loving families. CHS has a 110-year history of bringing children and parents together. Waiting children in North Carolina represent all ages and races and are in need of foster and adoptive families due to abuse or neglect. We hope you will consider opening your home to older children, sibling groups, and children with a variety of special needs. These children have tremendous potential to thrive with the help of a nurturing, supportive, permanent family. Since the initial steps are the same, we encourage you to consider making yourself available to foster while waiting to complete your adoption process.
