Christine Brail has managed the agency since day one and she became the owner of the agency in 1992. She is actively involved in each case and will handle your adoption personally. Christine has a Masterâ€™s Degree in Social Worker and she is an adoptive parent. Her husband is Herbert A. Brail, an experienced adoption attorney.
