Details:: LCFS has been working with families who have wanted to adopt children through our program for many years. Since 2000, we have been an active participant in the Lutheran Adoption and Foster Care Alliance, joining other Lutheran adoption agencies across the country committed to finding safe, secure and loving homes for children. We are privileged to have the opportunity to offer our services and work with you as you grow your family through adoption. Domestic Adoption assists adoptive parents who want to provide permanent homes for children with special needs. LCFS provides orientation and training for families who are matched with waiting children, and our social work staff will supervise placement until the adoption is final.
